Classified Program registration closes October 16, 2026. Submit your visit request well before the registration deadline to allow up to five business days for Aerospace to process it.

Aerospace honors badge reciprocity only for IC Government Blue Badge holders. Present your IC Blue Badge at sign-in.
All other cleared visitors must have a visit authorization letter or request (VAL/VAR) submitted by a recognized security office and the appropriate security representative. Use one of the methods below and allow up to five business days for processing.
Have your security representative submit your request via GWAN/CWAN/JWICS to aero-security-east@aero.ctr.nro.ic.gov (Program Security Group).
Required Information
- Visitor Information: Full legal name (no nicknames or aliases), SSN, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, investigation closed date/CE date, clearance level, and accesses. List accesses up to SI/TK only. Do not include additional accesses.
- Technical Point of Contact: An Aerospace employee or your government sponsor. See the contact details below.
- Date(s) of Visit: November 4–5, 2026
- Purpose of Visit: CyberSat 2026 (Classified Program)
Fax submissions: Use company letterhead and include the security representative’s signature.
DISS submissions: Have your security point of contact set the access level to SCI and enter “CyberSat 2026 Classified Program” in the visit notes.
List the event sponsor or host as your event point of contact. Do not list Aerospace Special Programs Security staff unless specifically directed.

Enter the parking garage and proceed directly to the guard checkpoint.
Tell the guard you are attending the CyberSat Classified Program. The guard will verify your name.
After the guard clears you to proceed, park anywhere in the parking structure and take the elevators down two levels to B2.
The building entrance is behind the B2 elevators. Escorts will guide you to the conference facility, where you will receive your visitor badge.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID) or your IC Blue Badge.
Cellphones, smartwatches, and similar devices are not permitted inside the facility. Leave them at home or at your hotel, or secure them in your vehicle. Storage space inside the facility is limited.
