1800 Presidents Street, Reston, VA 20190. Registration is in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. Your badge is issued there, so please bring it each day.
Situation Rooms and Roundtables are included with your unclassified pass. No sign-up is needed, and seats are first-come, first-served.
A separate venue from the Hyatt: The Aerospace Corporation, Chantilly Campus, 14745 Lee Road, Chantilly, VA 20151.
Classified-only participants pick up their badge on site. Arrive during Wednesday’s entry window so you are seated for the 8:30 AM briefing.
Your clearance must be passed to Aerospace before you arrive. See the Clearance Passing Instructions.
All classified attendees enter through the parking garage.
No cell phones, smartwatches, or connected devices are permitted inside the classified facility. Plan to secure them before you enter.
Separate add-ons with limited capacity, all at the Hyatt Regency Reston. Deep Space, Mine! and the Space ISAC exercise run at the same time on Tuesday afternoon, so you attend one or the other.
