All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for government and military contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. CyberSatGov’s classified program requires proof of valid TS//SI/TK clearance and CyberSatDigital’s classified program requires TS clearance. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration.
The cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to each event. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee can be credited toward another future CyberSat event if notified by 30 days prior to the event and if your credentials have not been used to login to the digital event platform. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed if your credentials have not been used to login to the digital event platform and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to email@example.com.

Classified Day Location
CyberSatDigital’s classified program will be held online. If you are registered for CyberSatDigital’s classified program, you will receive instructions on how to access the program and presentations online. You will need access to a SCIF in order to participate.
CyberSatGov’s Classified Day will take place at The Aerospace Corporation, 14745 Lee Road, Chantilly, VA 20151.

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed or your credentials are used to login to the digital event platform. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event and substitutions are not allowed for CyberSatDigital once your credentials have been used to login. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
