All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for government and military contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. The classified program requires proof of valid TS-SCI clearance. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration.
The cancellation deadline is September 23, 2023. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee can be credited towards a future CyberSat event (notification must be received prior to the event’s cancellation deadline). Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event.
