PASSING VISIT CERTIFICATIONS
Aerospace honors badge reciprocity for IC Government Blue Badge holders only. All other cleared visitors will need to send a visit request using the below information. All clearances should be passed by a recognized security office and appropriate security representative. Please allow 5 days for processing.
The preferred method is via GWAN/CWAN/JWICS at:

If GWAN/CWAN/JWICS is not available,
clearances can be passed by the following:

Aerospace Chantilly Campus (ACC) Conference Entry Procedures:
All Classified Day attendees must enter the building through the parking garage. When arriving, please proceed directly to the guard checkpoint. Let them know you are here for ‘CyberSatGov Classified Day’ and your name will be verified. After you are instructed to continue, please park anywhere in the parking structure and take the elevators to the B2 level (two levels down in the structure). The building entrance is located behind the B2 elevators.
Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID) or IC Blue Badge. Escorts will be available to facilitate your entry to the conference facility. Upon entry to the conference facility, you will receive both your visitor badge and CyberSatGov conference badge.
SECURITY: NO CELLPHONES ALLOWED. It is recommended that you leave your cell phones, smartwatches, etc. at your residence/hotel or store them in your vehicle. Note: There is a limited amount of storage available inside The Aerospace Corporation’s facility.
