Attendance Policy

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for government and military contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. The classified program requires proof of valid TS-SCI clearance. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation for CyberLEO is March 30, 2023. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee can be credited toward another future CyberSat Summit event if notified prior to the event’s cancellation deadline. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Please submit all cancellation requests to info@cybersatsummit.com.

Discounted Hotel Rates

CyberLEO’s host hotel will be the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport. You can make reservations online or by calling the Hyatt Regency LAX directly at (424) 702-1234 and mentioning “CyberLEO 2023” for your official discounted rate of $175/night.

Please remember to book your room before the cut-off date, Monday, April 24th, to take advantage of the best price.

Group Rates

Group registration rates are available! Contact Kelley Longshore to get information on reduced registrations for your group to attend.

Substitution Policy

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to klongshore@accessintel.com. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
